My Real Estate career began 30 years ago in Blythe, California. I owned and operated a real estate brokerage business there for over 25 years. During that time I gained experience in residential sales, land and ranch sales, commercial real estate and property management. During that time I also managed approximately 100 residential and commercial properties for out of town property owners. Blythe was similar to Enid in as much as it was a small town and I became adept at the various disciplines of real estate sales and marketing. I was very involved in community service and served as a Trustee on the Palo Verde Unified School District's Board of Education for over 12 years and was a member of the Rotary Club. Tyler has been associated with the retail and wholesale equipment business since he was a child. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, the owners of Kretchmar Distributing, Inc., Oklahoma’s distributor for Grasshopper Lawnmowers, Tyler has developed a keen sense of what it takes to be successful in Oklahoma. Brady Lippard, Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate. Brady has been with Lippard Auctioneers since the start of the company as a ring man, and clerk. Brady is a recent graduate of Missouri Auction School where he successfully completed courses in auctioneering and farm equipment, appraisals, collectibles, and real estate. Brady is a member of the National Auctioneers Association.

Angie Lippard Marketing Manager, is originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma and has several years experience in the marketing communications field. Her professional background includes Online Marketing, Clerking, Cashiering, On-site Computer Technician, web- site, E-mailing, Brochures, Advertising, and Appraisals. She also has her Real Estate Sales Associate License to sell Real Estate. As Marketing Manager, Ms. Lippard oversees all aspects of advertising and promotion, from design and production, to public relations. She is a member of several local organizations and serves on the March of Dimes Committee. Ms. Lippard resides with her husband and their three children. Brady, Haylee, and Whitney.

Jerry is a 1994 graduate of Texas Auction Academy and has been a professional auctioneers since that time. He holds a Real Estate Sales Associate license in Oklahoma & Kansas. Jerry is a member of the National and Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He has been married to Teresa since June of 1972 and has one son Dustin. Jerry & Teresa owned and operated a retail store in Enid, OK for 18 yrs. And has worked with the public on a one on one basis for years. He attended Missouri Auction School and was selected as the Reserve Champion Rookie of the Year by the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association in 1994. Teresa Whitney, Cashier/Computer Tech., Teresa has been with United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. since 1997. Teresa clerks and cashiers at the auctions. Teresa has been a book keeper for twenty-five years. Teresa is married to Jerry who also works with the auction company. Jerry and Teresa have one son Dustin.

Travis Hargis a Graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Feb 2007, Member of Oklahoma Auctioneers Association, was named 2008 Reserve Champion Rookie of the year by the Oklahoma Auctioneers Association. Travis has his Oklahoma Real Estate License. Travis reside in Oklahoma City with wife Randy and 2 daughters Breanna and Caitlynne they attend Revival For Christ Power Cathedral Family Church.

Claude Bollenbach, Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate, a native to Kingfisher, Claude has been a Professional Auctioneer since 1980. Claude graduated from Missouri Auction School. Claude hold a Real Estate license in Oklahoma. He is a retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper after 29 years of service. Claude is married to wife Barbara they have two children and four grandchildren. Claude resides in Kingfisher where they attend First Baptist Church.

Linda joined the Lippard-Winkeljohn Home Realty division to expand the services she can offer her clients in the Western Oklahoma Region. While she is licensed out of the Enid Office, her territory focuses on the Blaine, Dewey, Custer, Beckham, Washita, Woodward, and Roger Mills Counties. Her extensive experience in all phases of real estate is based in Oklahoma City where she owned a Commercial real estate company in the 80’s. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee and expanded her career for several years focusing on Shopping Malls and Office building developments. After moving bank to Western Oklahoma she has reactivated her business and is actively involved in Rural Development and Tourism in the Western Oklahoma region.
